Donation Refund Policy

We want every donor to give with confidence. This policy explains what to do if something goes wrong with a donation, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, and how to ask about a refund.

If you notice a duplicate transaction, a wrong amount, or another payment mistake, please tell us as soon as possible:

• Write to office@leshem.org.il and describe what happened.
• Include the date, amount, and whether you gave from Israel or through PEF Israel Endowment Funds in the United States.
• For US donations made through PEF Israel, you may also need to contact PEF directly, as they process those donations.

   We'll ask for the date, amount, donation pathway, and reference number. Never send full card numbers or security codes.

The LeShem website does not currently offer recurring donations. If you set up a regular gift directly with our team, contact office@leshem.org.il to change or stop it.
