These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the public LeShem Educational Enterprises website ("the website"). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Separate agreements may apply to specific activities, such as participation in educational programs, partnerships with schools, or donations made through external providers. Where a separate agreement applies, it governs that activity.

LeShem is an Israeli nonprofit educational organization, established in 2017 and based in Jerusalem, that empowers Haredi students with academic skills and opportunities while remaining rooted in Torah values and identity.

You may use the website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

We aim to keep website content accurate and current. Information may be updated over time, and details of educational programs, figures, and activities may change without notice.

General content on the website is informational. It does not by itself constitute an enrollment offer, an eligibility determination, a scholarship approval, or a contractual commitment by LeShem. Any such commitment requires direct, written confirmation from LeShem.

Website text, photographs, the LeShem name and logo, and other materials are owned by LeShem or used with permission from their owners.

You may view and share links to website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, or republishing materials requires prior written permission. Requests can be sent to office@leshem.org.il.

The website links to external sites, including educational partners (such as the National Yeshiva Portal) and donation providers (such as PEF Israel Endowment Funds). These sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and LeShem is not responsible for their content or practices.
