BabaDa:OpeningtheDoortoAIandRobotics
At Maayan Chai in Rehovot, a new partnership with the Baba Da Association and The Open University of Israel is giving Haredi students a hands-on introduction to AI and robotics.

At the Haredi yeshiva high school Maayan Chai in Rehovot, an exciting new initiative called "Baba Da" is giving students a direct, hands-on introduction to the world of artificial intelligence and robotics.
Developed in partnership with the Baba Da Association and The Open University of Israel, the program immerses students in advanced technologies through practical learning and real-world experimentation. Its goal is to build strong STEM skills — science, technology, engineering, and mathematics — while broadening horizons, sparking curiosity, and equipping students with knowledge and confidence for the opportunities of tomorrow.
"Practical learning, real-world experimentation — and a curiosity that travels far beyond the lab."
Through innovative initiatives like "Baba Da," LeShem continues to empower Haredi students with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world while remaining deeply rooted in their Torah values and identity.
